I have read many books this semester, but my favorite choice is "Danger
on the Mountains" by Pat Balms. This book is very interesting and has many
positive lessons, so I recommend this book for my classmates. The first
positive lesson is that how to teach ourselves the challenge and determination.
A girl who this book tells her story
made a lot of effort even learned climbing High Mountain professionally. For example,
she needed to continue learning climb mountings, so she traveled during her
holiday to a place far away from her hometown. Second positive lesson is how to
maintain the survival of kind of animals and birds in our environment. When this girl was able to climb high
mountains, she looked out over the trees for the environment and she saw some
fishermen putting traps to catch animals, so she reported about them when she
got out of the top of mountain. Therefore, they had been under arrest. The
third positive lesson is what the importance of our relatives is. This girl
went to her uncle's city in order to help her there. She was received by her uncle and he welcomed
by her in his city. At every moment in my life, my relatives have had an
important role. For example, my aunt was constantly encouraging me to study, so
I always keen to ask about her and visit her as well. Therefore, I recommend
this book because it is useful to learn the challenge of self, the preservation
of our environment and to learn the importance of relatives in our lives.
